Complaints Procedure:

If you have a concern about the way your information is being handled, please contact the Outpost office responsible and discuss your concerns. Local Outpost offices are required to offer a platform for community feedback, and respond constructively to any concerns raised with them.

In the event that you are not given the opportunity to raise a concern, or that your concern is not addressed sufficiently or in a prompt timeframe, you may wish to escalate your query or complaint to Global Outpost Services. To do so, please contact: central-HR-globaloutpostservices@shell.com
