Global Outpost Services (GOS) is part of Shell's HR International Mobility department . The GOS team coordinates and supports the Outpost Network worldwide, striving for a consistent and quality service  globally.

The GOS team consists of three advisers who assist the locations by region: Asia Pacific; Middle East and Africa; Europe and the Americas, as well as a communications adviser and the GOS Manager. GOS collaborates with Shell’s HR functions in the business, local HR and external stakeholders to keep information and services consistent across the network and to set policies and procedures for local Outposts.
