Global Outpost Services (GOS) is part of the Expatriate Policy Team within Central HR. The team coordinates and supports the Outpost Network worldwide to strive for a consistent service and sharing of best practice globally.

GOS also exists to provide advice and guidance to the global Outpost network, and is responsible for developing a shared vision and exploring new ways of working that brings out the best in all the teams to meet client needs.

GOS liaises both with business HR and local HR to help the coordination and support between the Outpost Focal Point and HR locally. Although it has no formal relationship with local HR departments, it can play an intermediary role if requested.
